House rent (6+1) per day: months January, February, March, April, November and December – 65 EUR. May and October – 85 EUR. June and September – 100 EUR. July and August – 120 EUR. To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance. Payed advance is non-refundable in case of canceling reservation. Tourist tax is not included into the price. Exchange of the guests is Saturday-Saturday. Arrival is after 16.00 and departure till 10.00. For pets it is charged addittional 5 EUR per day. Newly built (2008/2009) house with a yard. Area of house: 65 m2, 2 bedrooms, 6 beds + 1 extra bed. Yard has area of 1000 m2. Premantura, street Paredine, very near entrance to protected park nature Cape Kamenjak. House has large enclosed yard surrounded by woods. It has large terrace with view on the yard and grill. In the house are two bedrooms with two beds – smaller bedroom has separated beds with addittional tv, larger bedroom has double bed and large closet. Living room is spacey and has large glass rock with exit on terrace. In living room is large three-seater which offers possibility of accommodation two extra persons. Kitchen is connected with living room and has all necessary machines – dish washer, stove, microwave oven, caffee machine, toster, blender, dishes. Bathroom has hydromassage shower, washing machine and separated toilet with small sink. House also has security vault for your money and other values. Price includes double bed linen and towels. House is ideal for one larger or two smaller families, friends to 7 persons who want to enjoy in their own yard, grill, essence of pine trees, sound of crickets, bathing in crystal clear sea with untouched wild beaches, in hidden bays, not crowded. Nearest beach is 300 m far. Beaches on Rt Kamenjak are 500 m far from the house. Guests of the house have special discount on renting small terrain cars Bugxters for driving on Cape Kamenjak. Welcome!
