House has 90m2, on upper floor it has terrace around 10m2. House is completely equipped, newly built cathegorized with 4 stars. House has totally equipped kitchen (with stove, firdge, coffee machine...), 2 bathrooms, satellite, washing machine, air conditioner on both floors. House has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has double bed, other bedroom has double bed and one extra bed. In living room is stretching couch. House is ideal for 6 persons. Settlement Peruski is located around 1,5 km far from the sea. Access to the sea, where all beautiful beaches are, is possible with a car. Distance from Duga Uvala (tennis courts, sauna, olimpic pool, and other playgrounds) is around 4 km. Distance from Pula is 20 km, airport 14 km. Settlement Peruski has 2 stores, coffee bar, football playground, phone booth and mail box. Guests can use garden grill. In front of the house is enclosed yard where guests can park their cars.
